American Air was able to identify our needs over the phone and offer a quality system for a reasonable price. Upon arrival to our residence it became apparent due to the location of our breaker box a master electrician would be needed to safely install the required wiring to keep out of our children’s way. American Air was able to get into contact with one and have them respond within a day to meet the needs of our residence. I will always greatly appreciate the consideration for our children and their timely response. We have had our new furnace and A/C for approximately a year without any hiccups including through the incredible cold this winter! Thank you American Air! read less

They went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and the experience was stress free. Furnace was over 30 years old, prolonged purchasing due to the cost of replacing the unit. Huge relief having a new furnace and could not have found a better company. Would not hesitate to refer family and friends. Jake and Kipp were heaven sent, will definitely be a life long customer.
