After purchasing our home in April, 2020 we immediately identified the need to upgrade our 20+ year old furnace and install an air conditioning unit. American Air was able to identify our needs over the phone and offer a quality system for a reasonable price. Upon arrival to our residence it became apparent due to the location of our breaker box a master electrician would be needed to safely install the required wiring to keep out of our children’s way. American Air was able to get into contact with one and have them respond within a day to meet the needs of our residence. I will always greatly appreciate the consideration for our children and their timely response. We have had our new furnace and A/C for approximately a year without any hiccups including through the incredible cold this winter! Thank you American Air!

The service and experience with American Air was exceptional. Jake and Kipp installed a new furnace system, excellent quality at a very reasonable price. They were very professional and their work is outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and the experience was stress free. Furnace was over 30 years old, prolonged purchasing due to the cost of replacing the unit. Huge relief having a new furnace and could not have found a better company. Would not hesitate to refer family and friends. Jake and Kipp were heaven sent, will definitely be a life long customer. It can be hard finding a company that is honest and reasonable. I don’t usually post reviews but wanted to share how pleased I am with their services.

I spoke with the owner Jake over the phone. He was able to inspect my AC unit same day (AC unit died during a heat wave). He was knowledgeable and very practical in solving the problem. Ended up replacing both our furnace and dying AC in a single day and without a long wait (months even) like some of the other companies we spoke with. In short, I would definitely recommend Jake and American Air LLC to anyone needing heating and cooling services.

I have an older house which would pose a problem for a lot of HVAC installers when it comes to installing a furnace as well as the proper ductwork and airflow systems, but Kipp and Jake did a masterful job. They were very clear on the plan, didn’t waste any time and got right to it. They were professional, courteous, and made it an incredibly easy process that was assumed to be painstakingly difficult. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My furnace was having issues and so the owners came to check it out first before deciding what we should do. They were kind and professional and gave us several different options to choose from. They ended up replacing our furnace and AC all in one day. I was very impressed with the quality of work, but even more impressed with the price! The installation of our air conditioner involved a crane and dealing with a series of difficulties. They explained each situation, worked until each problem was solved and stayed until they were sure everything was working correctly.

Install or Replace Furnace or Forced Air Heating System Had a furnace quit working and could not get any other companies to even call me back. Called the owner, Jake, and within 24 hours I had a brand new system top to bottom. You can truly feel their appreciation for their customers.

Jake is AWESOME! He has installed a new AC unit and now has repaired and replaced my mother-in-laws water heater. He arrived sooner than expected and completed the job in an hour! Best service ever! Professional and affordable!

Had my first experience with the American Air team today. Great service. They had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. The two gentlemen were very professional and courteous. Will call them again if needed.
